1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Akaar Studios website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Customisation

Akaar Studios offers personalised 3D-printed products. Because each item is made to order based on your specifications, customised products are non-refundable unless there is a defect in manufacturing or material.

You are responsible for ensuring that text, images, or other content you submit for customisation do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate any law.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Akaar Studios is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
• Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
• Custom orders: Non-refundable unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, graphics, text, and the Akaar Studios brand — is owned by or licensed to Akaar Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akaar Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
